Import your existing data
Move your clients and pets across from a spreadsheet or your old system.
1 Export from your old tool Get a CSV of your contacts and pets from your current software or diary.
2 Tidy the columns Keep a header row — clients need name/email/phone; pets need name/owner email/species.
3 Import clients first Pet Central → Import → upload the clients CSV.
4 Import pets Upload the pets CSV; each links to its owner by email (or creates one).
5 Check it Open the calendar and a couple of records to confirm everything landed.
6 Back it up Use Export any time to download a CSV backup.
