An Android phone runs an app that polls this site and sends queued texts via its SIM (a pull model — the site never connects to the phone).

X-Gateway-Token header).3 Set a limit and test Set “max per minute” low to stay within carrier fair-use, then send a test.
SMS only, Android only, and best kept to low, human-paced volume.
