Signing in and passwords on your hosted website
Your dashboard is at yourname.modulefest.uk/wp-admin/. You can also press Sign in to your dashboard on your licence in your account on modulefest.com. Signing in opens your plugin’s dashboard straight away.
Forgotten your password? On the sign-in screen press Lost your password?, enter your email address, and use the link in the email from ModuleFest. Once you’ve chosen a new password you’re signed in and taken to your dashboard.
Too many attempts: after five wrong passwords in 15 minutes, sign-in is paused for 20 minutes from that connection. This stops people guessing passwords. Wait, or reset your password; if you’re still locked out, raise a ticket.
Extra protection: switch on Two Factor from Plugins, then set it up in your profile, so signing in also needs a code from your phone.
