🗜️ Scenario: Shrink large images to speed up the site
In Tools → Image Compressor (or Resizer), filter to the largest files, select them and run it — originals are backed up automatically, so use Restore Original if the result is not right.
1. Open the Image Compressor
MediaVault → Tools → Image Compressor (or Resizer)

2. Filter to the big files
Set a minimum KB / width to target the heaviest images

3. Select images (single or bulk)
Use the checkbox list, or right-click a grid thumbnail

4. Run it — originals are backed up automatically

5. Review the before/after report
Check the size saved and that quality still looks right
