⚡ Scenario: Set up hands-off automatic cleanup
Create a rule in Tools → Cleanup Rules: set the conditions, choose an action (start with Move to Recycle Bin), click Preview to check what matches, enable the email notice and save — the daily cron then applies it automatically.
