⏱️ Dashboard Refresh Schedule

The KPI Dashboard metrics are calculated by a background job and cached. The dashboard always loads instantly without running live database queries on every visit.

Control when metrics are recalculated:

• Daily — at the time you specify
• Weekly — on the day and time you specify
• Disabled — only updates when you click 🔄 Refresh Now

The 🔄 Refresh Now button on the dashboard triggers an immediate recalculation regardless of schedule.
