Can I colour sessions by who’s teaching?

Yes. Each staff member has a timetable colour. Set them all in one place with the Staff colours button above the grid (or on an individual’s staff record) — or leave them automatic, in which case teachers and TAs get different palettes. Every session shows a colour strip of the staff on it, with the lead first and TAs hatched. Use the Colour: Subject / Staff switch to fill the whole block with the lead’s colour when you want to scan staffing across the week. The staff list in the tray doubles as the colour key.
