Support — Support

Support is handled on the ModuleFest website at modulefest.com, not inside the plugin. Raise bugs, enhancement requests and questions there, and follow the replies from any device rather than only from this site. The Go to ModuleFest button on this screen takes you straight there.

What stays on this screen is the hub connection: the link between this site and ModuleFest Hub. That link is what licence checks and plugin updates authenticate with, so keep it showing Linked. Use Test connection if updates or the licence stop behaving, and Re-link this site only if the test fails.

Tickets raised inside the plugin before this change are still in the database, but are no longer listed here. Anything raised on the support site is the live record.
