Pick how parent SMS and WhatsApp are delivered:

Twilio — paid gateway covering both SMS and WhatsApp.
Android phone — send SMS free through a phone’s own SIM (SMS only).
Custom webhook — forward messages to any other gateway.

Email and the parent portal are always available at no cost. Only one provider is active at a time.
