Report builder — Report builder

Build your own reports: pick a data source (Evidence, Pupils or Attendance), tick the columns you want, add filters (e.g. category is Behaviour, or date in the last 30 days), and optionally group by a field to get counts and a share chart.

Run report shows the results; Export CSV downloads them; Save report stores the definition so you can re-run it later. Safeguarding evidence is only included for designated leads.
