Pupils — Pupil records

Each pupil record holds their name, preferred name, UPN, date of birth and consent flags — including photo consent, which gates whether staff can attach photos to that pupil in the app.

At the bottom of a pupil record is their evidence timeline (horizontal); use “View full screen” to see it larger. Link guardians to a pupil from the same screen.
