Outcomes & targets — Sets & level colours

Every import is filed into a named set. Because two frameworks rarely have the same number of levels, each set keeps its own level colours — a three-level framework and a five-level one won’t fight over one palette. Open Sets & colours from the Outcomes screen to set them; the screen only offers the levels a set actually uses.

Anything without a set (or a set with no colours of its own) uses the site default palette under Settings → Outcome levels.
