Outcomes & targets — The review pack

Review pack builds a printable summary for one pupil: their details, an at-a-glance count of outcomes and attendance for the period, then every outcome with its starting point, what success looks like, current progress, and the dated evidence behind it.

Because the pack is usually shared at an annual review, it defaults to shareable content only — external comments, and no safeguarding records. Staff-only comments and safeguarding can each be switched on deliberately (safeguarding only if you are a designated lead). Use Print / save as PDF to produce the document.
