Outcomes & targets — Linking evidence

Open any evidence record and tick the outcomes it is evidence for under Evidence for — you can tick as many as apply. Only the lowest level of each branch can be ticked: the headings above it are shown so you can see where a target sits, and they already count everything beneath them, so tagging both would double-count. The outcome screen then lists every linked record, most recent first, and the list shows how many pieces of evidence each outcome has and when the last one was. Outcomes with nothing against them are marked, which makes gaps easy to spot before a review.
