Evidence vault — Evidence vault

Evidence covers behaviour, learning, medical and safeguarding. Safeguarding entries are visibility-restricted: only DSLs and deputies (and SLT oversight) can see them, everywhere in the plugin.

A record can be edited only by the person who logged it (the reporter) or by a manager. Open a record and use Edit record; the category stays fixed to keep the audit trail clean.
