Branding — The app icon

Upload one square image of at least 512×512 and every size the apps need is generated for you. Keep the important part well inside the middle: some Android phones crop icons into a circle.

Phones cache app icons hard. After changing the icon, staff may need to remove the app from their home screen and add it again to see the new one — existing installs often keep the old icon until then.
