Connect the WhatsApp Cloud API to send messages straight from the app — no need to open WhatsApp yourself. You’ll need a Phone Number ID and access token from Meta.

Free-form text only reaches clients within the 24-hour customer-service window; proactive messages outside it need an approved message template on Meta’s side.
