Today
Today is the first screen the app opens on, and it holds one day — this one. Everything further out lives under Diary.
The day, in order
Every booking today, earliest first. The one you are heading for is boxed and marked Next, so the answer to “what am I doing now” is on the booking itself rather than in a separate card repeating it. Anything running right now is boxed in amber instead — the one colour this app reserves for that.
Finished and cancelled bookings stay on the list, faded. A day you can see the whole of tells you how far through it you are; a list that empties as you work does not. When everything is behind you it says so, and offers the way to Coming up.
Tap any booking to open it; swipe it for the quick actions.
Tomorrow is not here
Deliberately. Today shows today. Everything from tomorrow onwards is on the Coming up tab beside it, which is the same list the Diary shows under List.
Figures
The Figures tab beside Today holds the business panel: bookings and revenue, outstanding invoices, new clients, and the year-on-year charts.

A groomer picks the phone up at half eleven, sees the amber card still on the dog she is drying, the Next chip on the twelve-fifteen, and two dashed stops behind her — the morning in one look, without reading a single date.
FAQ
Why is today not in the Coming up list as well?
Because two lists showing the same day is how you end up unsure which one is being kept up to date. Today lives here; Coming up starts tomorrow.
What makes the top card go amber?
A booking that has started and not yet finished, and is neither cancelled nor completed. Amber is reserved for that and nothing else.
Can I still reorder the panels?
Yes — “Edit widgets” at the foot of the screen moves or hides the panel holding the day, the top card, quick actions and the figures.
The times on the rail look wrong.
They follow your site’s timezone, under Settings → General in WordPress. If the whole rail is out by the same amount, that is the setting to check.
Why do finished jobs stay on screen?
So the rail still reads as a day. A screen that empties as you work gives you no sense of how far through you are.
Where did “This week” and “Upcoming bookings” go?
Into the Coming up tab beside Today, where they are one list instead of two overlapping ones. The same list is in the Diary under List, drawn by the same code, so the two cannot disagree.
