Turn your walk photos into social posts. Staff take photos on their walks, then use 📸 Share photos on the app home screen to gather a day’s photos and post them. On this page you set the default post text and hashtags, add links to your Facebook, Instagram and X profiles, and choose how long walk photos are kept on your server.

You set a friendly default post text with #hashtags. At the end of the day a walker taps Share photos, the text is pre-filled, and their phone’s share sheet lets them post the day’s pictures to Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp or X in a couple of taps.

FAQ

Which networks can staff post to?
On a phone the “Share to socials” button opens the share sheet, so they can send the photos to Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger, X (Twitter) — any app installed. There are also quick “Or open” shortcuts for WhatsApp and X (with your text ready to paste), plus your Facebook/Instagram links if you add them.

What is “Default post text”?
It’s the text that pre-fills every post so staff don’t start from scratch. Use {business} and {date} placeholders; staff can still edit it before posting.

Can I only post to Facebook?
You can post to whatever you like — the share sheet lists every app on the phone. On a computer, use “Make one image” to build a collage to download and attach.

Why set an auto-clean age?
Walk photos are stored on your own server, so they add up over time. Auto-clean deletes photos older than the age you pick (default 14 days). Set it to “Never” to keep everything (you’ll see a storage warning).

What’s the “Share photos” button at the top for?
It opens the staff app straight to the share screen, ready to post a day’s photos — handy for trying it out or posting from this page. (It uses your app page, so make sure that’s set.)

Does changing these settings stick?
Yes — this page saves on its own (“Save changes”), separate from the big Settings form, so it saves reliably.
