Sale prices

Put services on sale from Bookings → Sale prices. Set a sale price per service (with an optional end date), or run a blanket discount — e.g. 10% off every service, or just walker/groomer ones. While a sale is active the sale price is what’s charged, and customers see the original price struck through next to the sale price with a SALE badge. Add a sale banner to announce it across the customer app.

Example

Run a summer promotion: apply a blanket 10% off walker services with an end date, set the banner to “Summer sale — 10% off walks”, and every walk quote now shows the old price struck through. When it ends, “End all sales” clears them in one click.

How do I discount everything at once?
Sale prices → Blanket discount: choose a percentage, optionally limit it to one service type, set an end date, and apply. It sets a sale price on each matching service.

Is the sale price actually charged?
Yes — while a sale is active it replaces the base price in quotes, bookings and invoices. Any first-session price still applies for a pet’s first visit.

How do I end a sale?
Untick “On sale” for a service, clear its sale price, or use “End all sales” to switch them all off at once (the prices are kept so you can re-enable later).
