Order page pricing
The order page no longer sells the software. Pet Central is free from the WordPress plugin directory, so the wizard now opens by asking what somebody actually needs from you — hosting and a domain, hosting only, help installing it into a site they already have, or nothing at all. Answering “nothing” ends the wizard and points them at the free download, which is the honest answer and saves them five steps.
The plan step comes near the end and is optional, with Basic pre-selected. Somebody who wants Standard or Premium can also buy it from Upgrade inside their own dashboard in two clicks, so pressing them for it here would only be friction.
These prices power that page. Set a monthly and annual figure for the Standard and Premium plans, and for the add-on (a second service) at each of those tiers. Customers switch between monthly and annual and the totals update automatically.
Basic has no price fields, on purpose: it is free, and extra services are included on it. There is nothing to set, and nothing that could accidentally put a charge on the free plan.
WordPress hosting and the domain are yearly amounts, shown in their own group in the order summary. Whether they are on the same payment depends on the Checkout method below, and the wizard says which — with Stripe Payment Links they are invoiced separately by Keen2Host and are not on the checkout at all; with Combined hub checkout the first year of both is charged on the same Stripe payment as the subscription, and the summary shows a Total due today covering the lot. Keen2Host renews them yearly either way.
Paste a Stripe Payment Link for each plan and billing period. The checkout button uses the link matching the customer’s choice; if a link is blank it shows “Coming soon”.

FAQ
Can somebody on the free plan order hosting from us?
Yes — Hosting on the free plan below is on by default, and the order is billed as hosting and a domain with no subscription line. Untick it only if you would rather not host sites that carry no subscription; the wizard then says so plainly and offers to set it up by hand at the same price.
What happens to somebody who picks “help installing it into a site I already have”?
Nothing is charged. That job is quoted per site, so the wizard ends with an email to you carrying their service, their plan and the fact they already have WordPress. If they also chose a paid plan, that plan goes through checkout as normal and the setup is arranged separately.
Where does the add-on price come from?
The add-on uses the Standard or Premium add-on figure you set here, matching whichever plan the customer chose. On Basic, extra services are free.
I used to have a Basic price set — where did it go?
It moved to Standard when you updated to 2.178.0. The old Basic plan was the paid entry plan; Standard is what took its place, so whatever you were charging is still what you charge. Basic is now the free tier and has no price at all.
Why does a plan show “Coming soon”?
No Stripe Payment Link is set for that plan and billing period yet. Add the link and it becomes a working checkout button.
Are hosting and domain charged with the subscription?
It depends on the Checkout method. With Stripe Payment Links they are handled separately by Keen2Host. With Combined hub checkout, the plan, add-on, hosting and domain are billed together in one payment (a mixed monthly/annual Stripe subscription created by the hub).
What is “Combined hub checkout”?
The wizard sends the full order to your Keen2Host billing endpoint, which creates one Stripe subscription with each item on its own interval (plan monthly or annual; hosting and domain annual) and returns a payment page. It needs the hub /billing/checkout endpoint live and Stripe flexible billing mode enabled.
