Key Safe

Log client keys by a blind code (e.g. K-42) with a held/returned status — never the address. Keep the code on the physical tag, not the client’s details.

Example

You hold keys for 30 homes tagged K-01…K-30; if a tag is lost there’s no address on it, and the register shows exactly what you hold.
