Import clients & pets

Bring your existing records in from a spreadsheet. Upload a clients CSV and/or a pets CSV with a header row; columns are matched flexibly (e.g. name, email, phone, species, breed).

FAQ

What if an owner isn’t imported yet?
A pet row can create the client from the owner name or email if none exists.

Will it create duplicates?
Clients are de-duplicated by email; re-importing the same file skips existing ones.
