What the hub last sent
The panel at the foot of Licensing shows, in plain terms, what arrived in the last reply from our licensing hub. It is a readout, not a switch — nothing on it changes what your site does.
Why it exists
Pet Central can license each trade separately, so a groomer who adds walking pays for two services and gets two. That only works if the hub names the services it has sold. If it sends nothing, the plugin falls back to its older and more generous reading: any paid plan means every service. Nobody loses anything that way, which is the point — but it also means a hub that has quietly stopped naming services looks exactly like one that is working.
What to look for
services should list your trades by name — groomer, walker and so on. Three answers mean something is wrong: absent (nothing sent), present but empty (a licence granting nothing), or a count — a bare number where a list belongs. The last is the worst, because a number is enough to charge you for three services and not enough to license any of them.
The verdict line
Underneath, the panel says outright whether the payload is the right shape. One good payload proves the path works, not that it always works — check a second site before per-service licensing is switched on.
Example
A hub update once sent the service list under the wrong name for months. Every licence looked like silence, so every site fell back to granting all four services — people paying for one had four, and nothing anywhere said so. This panel is where that would now be visible in a glance.

Does this panel change anything?
No. It records what arrived and shows it to you. Your services are decided exactly as they were before.
It says absent. Have I lost anything?
No — the opposite. Absent means the plugin uses its older reading, where a paid plan means every service. You have more than you might be entitled to, not less.
It says present but empty.
That is the hub saying this licence grants no services. If you are paying for one, that is worth raising before anything is switched on.
