Household-level settings for a client: contact details (email, phone), their address, town and postcode, how many cats live there, non-security home notes, and which home-visit tasks the sitter should do.

Example

You add the client’s town and postcode, set “recycling out Tuesday”, two cats, and enable plants + bins — all shown to whoever covers the visit.

FAQ

Where do town and postcode show?
On the client’s record (Contact & household) and as sortable Town and Postcode columns on the Clients list, alongside Email and Phone. The full street address is kept on the record only — it isn’t shown in the list. All three are in CSV export/import.

Can I store the alarm code here?
No — keep security off this screen; use the Key Safe for keys.

Who sees the home notes?
Your staff, on that client’s sitter bookings.
