You are a single point of failure. Go down with flu on day three of a fortnight and somebody else walks into a house they have never seen, for an animal they have never met, while the owner is on a beach with their phone off.

The sheet is assembled from what you have already recorded — animals, feeding, medication, house details, vet authority, keys. Nothing is saved separately, because a handover sheet that could go stale is worse than none: it would be trusted.
