Customer booksUp to five screens, with Back and Next along the bottom and the running total between them. The total is a button — pressing it at any point opens the basket: every treatment chosen so far with what each comes to, the total, how long the visit takes and any deposit that applies. Two of them are only asked when they are real questions. Which animal — skipped entirely if they only have one. Which treatments — cards with the description, the length and the price for that animal, coat and size included; they can tap as many as they like, and the first is the main treatment. When — the next few days as buttons, then the free times, with the slot made long enough for everything chosen. Who with — only when the time they picked suits more than one of you, with Doesn’t matter as the default. Check and confirm — an itemised basket: every treatment with its price, the total, how long it takes, when it is, who they asked for, and any deposit due, with Request booking in place of Next. Where a deposit applies they are taken straight to pay it (card/PayPal/link); a “Pay deposit” button also appears on their Bookings page.
