Deposits & payments

Take a deposit or payment several ways: a secure Stripe card checkout, a PayPal link, a custom payment link (Wise, Revolut, SumUp, Square — any provider), a bank transfer (your details are shown to the client), or cash / pay on arrival. You can also mark any payment paid manually, or waive it. No card data is stored on your site.

When a customer books through the portal and the service defines a deposit, they are taken straight to pay it as part of booking (and a Pay deposit button also shows on their Bookings page if they skip it). Enable and configure methods under Settings → Payments. Works in any country — set your currency (any ISO code) and symbol there too.

Example

To cut no-shows you send a deposit link with the confirmation; the client pays by card, PayPal or bank transfer, and the booking shows as secured.
