Your KPIs at a glance. Use the service pills at the top (All / Groomer / Walker / Sitter / Trainer) to scope every card, chart and drill-down to one service. Click any card to open a table of the exact records behind that number, which you can download as CSV. Each card’s cog holds settings for that card (e.g. a cancellation-rate warning level, an upcoming-days window, or overdue-only invoices) plus a “Hide this card” option; the Dashboard settings button (top right) holds the overall options — which cards show, hide zero-value cards, and auto-hide when there is no data. Choices are saved per user.

The “Attention needed” panel turns your data into a to-do list: vaccines due, keys held, missing consent or reports — and only the panels relevant to the selected service pill are shown (e.g. keys and off-lead consent don’t appear for Groomer). A small dog 🐶 or cat 🐱 face beside each pet’s name shows the species at a glance.
