Off-lead consent

Capture the owner’s signature agreeing to off-lead exercise. The signatory name is pre-filled with the owner on file (you can change it), and the name, date, exact terms and signature image are stored on the pet’s profile for every future walk.

Owners can also read the terms and give (or withdraw) permission themselves from the customer portal on their dog’s profile. Edit the wording under Settings → Compliance.
