Vaccination compliance

Each booking checks the pet’s vaccination (and kennel-cough) expiry dates. It can be off, warn-only, or block the booking entirely.

Set the mode and the “expiring soon” window under Settings → Compliance. Expiry dates live on the pet’s Care profile. You can also alert clients in their portal when a vaccination is due — set the number of days under Settings → Compliance → Portal vaccination alert.

Example

A dog’s vaccinations lapsed last week; with compliance set to “block”, the booking can’t be confirmed until the owner provides an update.

Yes — choose warn-only under Settings → Compliance.
