How many dogs your salon can physically hold is not the same as how many you can groom in a day. Four bookings across eight hours is fine. Four where three owners drop off at nine and collect at four is three dogs in crates for most of the day.

The diary shows appointment times. This counts time on the premises, which is the number that matters for welfare and for whether the drying area is workable at eleven.
