Coming up

Coming up is the diary read forwards: every booking from tomorrow onwards, grouped by day. It is the list view of the Diary, alongside Day, Week and Month.

How far ahead

Three buttons at the top set the window: 7 days, 30 days or 90 days. Seven is the default because that is the question most people actually have. Your choice is remembered while the app is open, and the count beside the title tells you how much is in the window you picked.

Why today is not here

Today has its own screen, and showing it in two places means one of them is always the one you did not look at. The link under the buttons takes you back to it.

It follows the service you are on

Like every other screen, the list is scoped to the service pill at the top and, if you have filtered by team member, to that person.

Example

A walker checks 30 days on a Sunday evening, sees the half-term week is only a third booked, and sends the regulars a message that night rather than finding out on the Monday.

Why does it start tomorrow?
Today is on the Today screen. One day, one home.

Can I make 30 days the default?
Not as a setting, but the app remembers your last choice for as long as it is open, so picking it once a session is usually enough.

Nothing is listed and I know there are bookings.
Check the service pill at the top and any team-member filter — both scope this list. A 7-day window on a quiet week is the other common cause; try 30.

Is this the same as the Month view?
The same bookings, read differently. Month answers “how full is the shape of it”; this answers “what is next, in order”.
