Finding your way around the menu

The nav bar groups the screens by what you are doing:

• Dashboard and Tickets — day-to-day support.
• Products — the plugins that connect, their keys and their releases.
• Commerce — licences, the licensing catalogue, free trials, billing and customers.
• Sites — every install that has registered, plus usage telemetry and captured leads.
• Content — canned replies, product help articles, guides and this handbook.
• Settings — notifications, the mobile app, AI, and everything else.

Versions sits in the WordPress submenu but not the nav bar — it is a read-only comparison of what you have published against what customers are actually running.
