What Keen2Support is

Keen2Support is a self-hosted support desk that lives on your own WordPress site. The plugins you distribute connect to it as clients: their customers raise tickets from inside those plugins, the tickets land in your inbox here, you reply, and the reply syncs back into the customer’s own site.

Nothing about it is a hosted service. The tickets, the attachments, the customer list and the usage data are all in your database, on your hosting.
