The screen says so explicitly when nothing has ever reached it, rather than showing an empty chart you might mistake for zero activity.

Telemetry is opt-in on the client side, so first check it is switched on there. The client SDK has a self-test that distinguishes between not reaching the hub at all, being rejected on the token, and arriving but not being stored.
