What happens when a trial ends

The tenant is deleted — the sub-site and its uploads — after reminder emails have gone out. A follow-up job then verifies the deletion actually happened, because the provisioner cannot report back.

There is no in-place upgrade path from a trial to a paid site. Plan for an export or a fresh install if a trial converts.
