Ticket references and numbers

Each product has a ticket prefix, so a Pavilion ticket reads PAV-XXXXXX and is instantly recognisable in an email subject line.

Tickets also carry a plain sequential number per product, which is the friendlier thing to read down a list. Both are set when the ticket is created and never change.
