The customer portal

The [keen2support_portal] shortcode gives customers a web page on your site where they can sign in with a WordPress account and see their history across every product, read threads, reply, attach files, and submit and vote on ideas.

History is matched by email address, so a customer can claim additional addresses by verifying a code sent to them. Create the portal page from the Settings screen if you have not already.
