A site registered but nothing works

Check Connected sites for its status. A site registers as Pending unless its product has auto-approve switched on, and a pending site cannot authenticate at all — every call it makes returns 401, including the one that would show its own tickets.

Approve it there and it starts working immediately, with no need to re-register.
