Something scheduled has not run

Almost always WP-Cron rather than the feature itself. Check whether the site gets enough traffic to fire it, and whether a real cron is configured.

The help sync and the digest both hang off the same hourly job, so if one is stale the other usually is too — which is a useful thing to check first.
