The enforcement switch

There is one global switch on the Licences screen. While enforcement is off, every licence response tells client sites not to enforce, so all features unlock everywhere — which is what you want while you are still rolling licensing out.

Turning it on starts gating unlicensed modules on customer sites. Do it deliberately, and after the catalogue is complete.
