A successful sync is not a complete one

The card shows a tick and a number. It does not know how many topics the product actually has, so a product handing over five topics out of a hundred reports success just as cheerfully as one handing over all hundred.

When you connect a product’s help, check the number against what you believe that product has. That single habit catches the most common failure here.
