How billing is split with Stripe

Stripe owns the money; the hub owns the licence. You create Payment Links in Stripe and map each one here to a tier and a set of services.

Stripe then drives licence creation, renewal and expiry through webhooks, so a cancelled subscription becomes an expired licence without anybody doing anything.
