What gets sent to the provider

The ticket, the relevant help articles and similar past tickets. Internal notes are excluded unless you deliberately opt in.

There is also a redaction option, and a limit on how many help articles accompany each query. Set the API key as a constant in wp-config.php to keep it out of the database.
